HeathWallace sponsors User Experience Hong Kong 2012

31st October 2011

HeathWallace is delighted to be the proud sponsor of the upcoming User Experience Hong Kong 2012, the premier UX event in the region. The event, in its second year, aims to facilitate knowledge exchange with both UX practitioners and companies interested in creating a differentiated customer experience strategy. As a digital user experience consultancy, HeathWallace hopes the event will help continue to build and deepen the knowledge base of practitioners and companies in Asia and empower them to effect real impact in the organizations they work in or for.

User experience as a philosophy, discipline and practice is taking shape in Asia as organizations (both from private and public sectors) progressively appropriate it to improve the quality of the solutions they provide to its human users and customers. “As the digital landscape and corresponding solutions and channels become more complex, the practice of UX becomes ever more important in guiding companies on how they can effectively & sustainably live their brand and customer promise,” says Maria Sit, Regional Managing Director of HeathWallace, Asia Pacific.

The 2012 program precisely reflects this maturing quality of UX in Asia. Building on UX HK 2011, 2012’s program will include presentations from renowned UX practitioners and thought leaders covering topics from design research, service design to getting stakeholder buy-in for UX projects, etc. A special focus on UX in Asia is also included in the program for taking a closer look at how the practice is moving up the maturity curve in the region. For more details on speakers & topics, please check out www.uxhongkong.com.

The 2-day event is designed to be interactive and immersive. Participants of the event will not only learn about the latest best practices and thinking from the conference portion of the event, but will also have the opportunity to actively exchange their ideas and questions at the series of roundtables and workshops organized for the broader local & international UX community.

We urge interested parties to reserve early as the event was completely sold out last year. Go directly to www.uxhongkong.com to register. Early bird rates are available now, but will end on 31st December 2011.
