HeathWallace sponsor User Experience Hong Kong 2011

9th November 2010

As a digital user experience consultancy firm specialising in financial services and e-commerce solutions, HeathWallace is excited to be sponsoring the first user experience event of its kind in Asia - User Experience Hong Kong 2011 (www.uxhongkong.com). The event will be held in Hong Kong on Friday, 18th February 2011.

This is an event HeathWallace are proud to support as a key player and evangelist in Asia’s growing practice and industry of user experience, anchored on user-centred design and usability principles. User experience is a critical component and enabler for companies who are beginning to recognise customer experience as a competency that will deliver their brand promise effectively and in a sustainable manner. It is a strategic differentiator, particularly for many leading financial services brands we work with.

UX HK represents a fantastic opportunity for people in the region with a direct or indirect role in shaping user experience to interact with leading UX experts from the US and Australia and the broader UX community. The one-day conference will bring together renowned experts from the US and Australia to explore the following topics:

  • Experience Strategy: How to align Experience Strategy to your organisational goals (Steve Baty and Janna DeVylder)
  • Design Research: How to bridge Research Data from the field into Design (Steve Portigal)
  • Mobile Experience Design: How to design for Mobile Experiences (Rachel Hinman)
  • The UX Toolkit: How to choose appropriate design activities from a UX toolkit based on time and budget (Gerry Gaffney)

The event is designed to be intimate and immersive. Everyone attending the event will have an opportunity to preview all speakers in the morning and then an opportunity to choose 1 workshop in the afternoon to go into a topic more deeply with one of the speakers

For more details and to register for the event, please check out the UX HK website.
